Vito Burdi

VitoJames Burdi is an Associate Attorney whose practice is focused primarily on litigation, with experience handling commercial disputes, corporate litigation matters, bankruptcy proceedings, and contract-related issues. Mr. Burdi has substantial experience in consumer bankruptcy law, having successfully handled more than 400 Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings. His background in bankruptcy matters provides valuable insight into creditor-debtor disputes, financial restructuring issues, and complex commercial conflicts involving insolvency and secured transactions.
